Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to every course purchase made on Ask Adel, regardless of payment method:

• Purchases made through PayPal, in Canadian dollars (CAD); and
• Purchases made through Second Life using Linden Dollars (L$) at an in-world terminal.

Once a purchase is completed and course access is granted, that purchase cannot be refunded or reversed by Ask Adel.

Before you buy

Please review a course's title, description, and curriculum carefully before purchasing. Free-preview lessons, where available, let you review some content before you buy. This all-sales-final policy is shown on the course purchase page before you complete a payment.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or limit any right or remedy you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer-protection law that cannot legally be excluded by agreement. Where applicable law gives you a right that this policy does not mention, that right remains available to you regardless of what this page says.
